Price for USA is $28 + tax and includes Priority Mail shipping. The book will ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking & insurance.
International cost is $18 for the book + tax and the cost of shipping, depending on the country it's shipping to. Once the form is filled out, an invoice will be sent via PayPal.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery once your invoice has been paid.  A confirmation email will be sent with a USPS tracking number.
